Refunds & Returns Policy

At Quirki Creative, we take pride in delivering custom work with care, quality, and a touch of creative magic. Because the majority of our products are personalized or made-to-order (like vinyl decals, custom apparel and other quirki things we make just for you), we don’t offer blanket refunds — but that doesn’t mean you’re out of luck if something goes sideways.

Whether it’s a quality issue, the wrong item was sent, or your order did a backflip in the mail — we’ll work with you to resolve it quickly and fairly. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or clearly not what you ordered, that’s on us, and we’ll take care of it. We’ll happily replace it for the correct one — at no cost to you. Just email us with your order number and a quick photo of the issue, and we’ll sort it out. You’ve got 14 days to let us know.

Our promise? We’ll do our absolute best to make it right. Our goal is happy customers and quality creations. Let’s fix it, not fight about it.
