What kind of items can you customize?
We work with a wide range of materials — apparel, drinkware, decals, totes, pillows, and more! We also offer BYO item customization for our local peeps, so if you’ve got something fun you want us to vinyl-ize, bring it on. We’ll let you know if it’s doable before we commit.
Are there any limitations to what you can make?
Yep — we’re magical, but not literally wizards. Here’s what we don’t do (for now):

No printed photographs (we work with vinyl, not inkjet or sublimation)

No super intricate micro-text (tiny details don’t always transfer well)

No uneven or textured surfaces (like super fuzzy blankets or heavily ribbed glass)
If you’re not sure whether your idea will work, just ask! We’ll give it to you straight.
How many colours can I include in my design?
We can layer multiple colours of vinyl in a single design — typically up to 3–4 colours for best results.
We’ve got a wide selection, including matte, glossy, glitter, holographic, metallic… and even cheetah! If you’re dreaming of something in particular, we’ll do our best to match it!
Do you offer glitter vinyl?
Absolutely — because sparkle is a lifestyle. ✨
We also have holographic, metallic, and other fun specialty vinyls. Just let us know your vibe, and we’ll show you what’s available.
How durable is the vinyl you use?
We use professional-grade, permanent vinyl that’s made to last.
Apparel designs can withstand regular wear and washes, and decals hold up beautifully indoors and out — including on vehicles and storefronts. We can also make custom wall decals in removable vinyl upon request — great for renters, seasonal decorators, or anyone who likes to switch things up without the stress. Peel it off when you’re ready, no commitment required.
How long do custom orders take?
Most orders are made and shipped within a few business days.
Delivery time depends on your location, but we’ll send you an estimate once your order is confirmed.
Do you offer rush orders?
We do our best! Rush orders may be available depending on the size and type of your project and materials in stock. If you’re on a tight timeline, let us know and we’ll try to make magic happen.
What are your shipping options?
Yep — free local pickup is included for all orders and local delivery is available for a small fee. We also ship across Canada via Canada Post, and we’ll provide tracking for all shipped packages.
Can I order in bulk? Do you offer discounts?
Yes! We love group orders — for businesses, teams, bridal parties, schools, events, and more.
Bulk discounts kick in depending on the size and complexity of the order. Reach out for a custom quote!

Do I need to pay upfront?
Yes. All made-to-order items require full pre-payment before we begin. Custom = commitment, and we want to make sure your order is locked and loaded.
Can I get a refund if I change my mind?
We don’t offer refunds on custom items — but we do stand behind our work. If something’s wrong, we’ll fix it.
